I don't remember seeing this stall during my last visit about 10 years ago, but there was a short queue in front of it so I joined in to see how good the Popiah really was.
The Popiahs go for a dollar each and are slowly made by an elderly lady. I honestly didn't find anything special about the Popiah. Probably the only thing that stood out marginally was the skin, which was hand made and had a slightly chewy texture to it. But then again, I've had better ones at Joo Chiat.
