







If there's anything you should drop by Australia Dairy Co. for, it's the Steamed Egg White Pudding with Milk (蛋白燉鮮牛奶). We had the chilled version and boy oh boy, was it good. Smooth with a nice complementary sweetness and a rather moderate aftertaste of egg white. Even if you can't really stand the taste of egg white, you should still give it a shot! The other stuff like the macaroni, toast, eggs and milk tea were fairly decent but not something I would travel back for.
Service was hasty and probably not the friendliest I've encountered in Hong Kong but I could live with that.

Did you try Yee Shun Milk Company's 雙皮燉奶? I heard it's much better than Australia Dairy Co.'s 蛋白燉鮮牛奶. The latter is better known for their scrambled eggs. And you didn't have that. :S
Nope didn't have the time to try Yee Shun. Too many places to eat, too little time lol. A couple of my friends in HK told me to try Australian Dairy for their 蛋白燉鮮牛奶so I just followed their recommendation haha..
Wow, every food blogger who goes HK almost always goes to Australian Diary. I heard that their scrambled egg is a must try. Did you try it?
